How to Schedule Your Appointment at InkRiver Tattoo

BOOKING & DESIGN PROCESS


When creating your custom tattoo, I rely on you—the client—for inspiration. Whether through themes, moods, aesthetics, or personal stories, I use your vision to design a piece that is not only visually stunning but also meaningful and built to stand the test of time.


I do not provide designs before the appointment. Instead, we will review the design together on the day of your session, allowing us to make any necessary adjustments in real-time.


Although you will be communicating with me directly regarding your tattoo, all scheduling and new inquiries should be directed to me through my contact options.


PRICING & DEPOSIT POLICY

• Base on the Design and style and placement

• Deposit: $100 payment required upfront

• Deposit applies to the final cost at the end of your session


Important Deposit Terms:

• Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

• Once I receive the deposit, I will book your appointment.

• The deposit covers design preparation and holds your appointment slot.

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must provide at least 48 hours’ notice.

• If you cancel within less than 48 hours, your deposit will be forfeited.

• Deposits cannot be transferred to another person or used for a different purpose.

Clients can expect a calm, private environment where every detail is handled with care. Sessions begin with a brief consultation to review your design and placement. The artist ensures your comfort throughout, using precise techniques and maintaining strict hygiene standards. Aftercare instructions are provided to support healing and preserve your tattoo’s quality.


To ensure the best results, please follow these guidelines:

• Do not get sunburned or sustain any wounds on the tattoo area.

• Eat before your appointment to prevent discomfort.

• Hydrate and get a good night’s sleep.
