BOOKING & DESIGN PROCESS


When creating your custom tattoo, I mostly rely on you for inspiration. Whether through themes, moods, aesthetics, or personal stories, I use your vision to design a piece that is not only visually stunning but also meaningful and built to stand the test of time.


For Artistic freedom tattoos, that will be 10% discount applied. 


Your concept and reference are reviewed by River. if Necessary a Free in person Consultation will be required (for better understanding each other)

PRICING & DEPOSIT POLICY

• Half day session $600 cover up to 4 hours. Full day session $1200 Cover up to 8 hours. (starting September 2026)

• Minimum start at $100 for smaller size.

• Deposit: Payment required upfront, the amount dependent on the scale of tattoo

• Deposit applies to the final cost at the end of your session


Important Deposit Terms:

• Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

• Once I receive the deposit, I will book your appointment.

• The deposit covers design preparation and holds your appointment slot.

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must provide at least 48 hours’ notice.

• If you cancel within less than 48 hours, your deposit will be forfeited.

• Deposits cannot be transferred to another person or used for a different purpose.

• I accept Cash, Venmo, Zelle as payment, I accept Credit card, But there are 3% fee for CC app.

River will personally review your request and reply with the next step. Appointment details and reminders are arranged after a date is confirmed.

Clients can expect a calm, private environment where every detail is handled with care. Sessions begin with a brief consultation to review your design and placement. The artist ensures your comfort throughout, using precise techniques and maintaining strict hygiene standards. Aftercare instructions are provided to support healing and preserve your tattoo’s quality.


To ensure the best results, please follow these guidelines:

• Do not get sunburned or sustain any wounds on the tattoo area.

• Eat before your appointment to prevent discomfort.

• Hydrate and get a good night’s sleep.
